Esta semana saiu uma combinação muito apreciada aqui em casa: massa com salmão!
Às vezes cozinho propositadamente salmão a mais em outra refeição para depois fazer esta receita tão simples.
Mas mesmo fazendo tudo, como fiz aqui, é uma receita muito boa para os jantares da semana.
Ingredientes para 4 pessoas.
4 postas de salmão
Sal e pimenta q.b.
Sumo de limão
1 folha de louro
Vinho branco q.b.
1 cebola
Azeite q.b.
300g de esparguete
300g de brócolos cozidos a vapor
Preparação:
Tempere o salmão com sal, pimenta, sumo de limão um pouco de vinho branco e deixe marinar. Grelhe depois o salmão - ou cozinhe-o no forno ou na airfryer.
Deixe arrefecer um pouco de limpe-o de peles e espinhas. Reserve.
Pique a cebola finamente e leve ao lume juntamente com um pouco de azeite e 1 folha de louro. Deixe a cebola alourar e acrescente o salmão envolvendo bem.
Entretanto coza o esparguete e escorra-o. Envolva-o depois na mistura do salmão.
Sirva com os brócolos a acompanhar ou misture também os brócolos na mistura de esparguete e salmão.
