Ingredientes para 5 barritas
50g de flocos de aveia finos
30g de puré de Maçã (sem açúcar)
80ml de água
25g de cenoura ralada fina
1 colher de chá de canela em pó
Preparação:
Numa taça misture a aveia com a água, o puré de Maçã, a cenoura ralada e a canela e envolva bem.
Coloque numa forma pequena forrada com papel vegetal, e leve ao forno previamente aquecido a 180°C durante cerca de 20 minutos ou ate estar cozinhado.
Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer. Corte depois em barritas. Guarde no frigorífico.
