Enquanto houver descarte, haverá sempre receitas para o usar. E o nosso jantar de domingo - e os pequenos almoços do início da semana tiveram direito a crepes de descarte que ficam óptimos também.
Ingredientes:
100g de descarte
2 ovos
250ml de leite
100g de farinha
1 colher de sopa de azeite
Sal q.b.
Preparação:
Numa taça coloque o descarte e junte o leite e os ovos e bata até misturar. Acrescente depois a farinha e o sal e por fim a manteiga ou o azeite.
Misture bem até obter uma massa lisa e líquida, e deixe repousar uns 20 minutos antes de usar.
Leve uma frigideira anti aderente ao lume e pincele-a com um pouco de azeite ou manteiga. Coloque uma camada fina de massa e deixe cozinhar. Vire o crepe e deixe-o cozinhar do outro lado. Repita até esgotar os ingredientes.
Sirva com acompanhamentos doces ou salgados: banana e manteiga de amendoim, mel e iogurte, queijo e fiambre, salmão fumado, queijo creme e espinafres…
