Nesta casa nada de desperdiça. Nem quando existe um resto de arroz de ervilhas e um resto de arroz de feijão e ambos se combinam nuns bolos de arroz que todos comeram e repetiram.
Tenho a certeza que muitos de nós sem lembram destes bolinhos nas mesas das avós, e provavelmente nunca mais voltaram a comer ou a lembrarem-se de fazer. Numa altura em que os bens alimentares sobrem de preço quase todos os dias, nunca é demais lembrar a importância de reapeoveitar as sobras em refeições diferentes e saborosas!
Ingredientes para cerca de 20 bolinhos:
3 ovos
75g de farinha
400g de sobras de arroz - podem usar vários tipos de arroz com “coisas”
sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Numa taça coloque o arroz ou mistura de arroz. Junte os ovos e a farinha e misture bem. Se achar necessário junte mais ovos ou mais farinha, até ficar com a consistência de palme não muito fina - como se fossem pataniscas.
Retifique de sal e pimenta e frite em óleo quente e abundante até que fiquem dourados. Escorra em papel absorvente.
Sirva simples, como acompanhamento, como petisco, para um piquenique.
