Ingredientes:
2 latas de petinga em azeite em conserva (ou sardinha)
pão caseiro q.b.
1 dente de alho
azeite q.b.
flor de sal q.b.
4 pimentos assados de conserva
1 tomate
1 cebola pequena
1/2 pepino
vinagre de vinho tinto q.b.
Preparação:
Prepare a salada. Corte o pimento em tiras, o tomate em cubos ou fatias, a cebola em meias luas finas e o pepino em fatias finas. Disponha num prato e tempere com sal, azeite e vinagre de vinho tinto. Reserve.
Corte o pão em fatias finas. Toste-o no forno ou numa torradeira. Com o pão ainda quente, esfregue com o dente de alho, regue com azeite e polvilhe com flor de sal.
Coloque um pouco de salada sobre cada fatia de pão tostado e termine com uma ou duas petingas previamente escorridas.
Regue com um pouco mais de azeite e sirva.
