ingredientes para 1 pessoas:
250ml de bebida vegetal de amêndoa
30g de flocos de aveia
canela em pó q.b.
1 colher de sopa de pólen de abelhas
1 kiwi maduro
Preparação:
Numa taça que possa ir ao microondas coloque a bebida vegetal e os flocos de aveia e mexa bem. Leve depois ao microondas em potência máxima durante 1 minuto. Ao fim desse tempo retire com cuidado, mexa bem, e leve mais um minuto ao microondas. Retire e mexa até que fiquem bem cremosas.
Termine depois com o kiwi em rodelas e polvilhe com a canela e o pólen de abelhas.
Sirva de imediato.
