Foi mais um fim de semana de festa para estes lados, agora para comemorarmos os 6 anos do António.
Mas antes de começar a mostra as receitas quer da festa d Zé Maria, quer da festa do António, deixo-vos a receita deste caril de lulas com ervilhas e couve flor, que estava realmente maravilhoso e é sempre uma boa maneira de incluir diferentes legumes numa refeição perfeita para se fazer com antecedência ou congelar, porque fica sempre bem depois de aquecida!
Vamos lá começar a última semana de Setembro!
Ingredientes para 4 pessoas:
800gr de lulas limpas
1 cebola
2 dentes de alho
1 pedacinho de 1 cm de raíz de gengibre
2 colheres de sopa de caril em pó de boa qualidade
1/2 colher de chá de açafrão das Indias
sal e pimenta q.b.
coentros frescos
1 chávena de ervilhas
200g de couve flor em raminhos pequenos
1 colher de sopa de azeite
300ml de leite de coco
Preparação:
Pique a cebola juntamente com os dentes de alho e o gengibre até obter uma espécie de uma pasta.
Leve um tacho ao lume com o azeite ou óleo de coco e acrescente a pasta de cebola, alho e gengibre e deixe fritar durante uns minutos. Acrescente depois o caril e o açafrão e envolva bem deixando cozinhar mais uns minutos. Junte depois as lulas previamente cortadas em argolas, as ervilhas e a couve flor e ratifique de sal. Deixe cozinhar uns 15 minutos, até que as lulas e os legumes estejam macios, e junte depois o leite de coco. Deixe levantar fervura e desligue. Retifique os temperos.
Sirva o caril bem quente, polvilhado com os coentros e acompanhe com arroz thai jasmim ou basmati.
