Andava há imenso tempo a magicar estes hambúrgueres. Ficaram muito bons, e apesar de não o ter feito, é uma receita que dá para ter no congelador para aqueles dias mais complicados e sem horários, prontos para as emergências.
Se preferirem podem usar batata normal, ou até uma mistura de batata e cenoura, mas eu gosto muito da combinação de batata doce e peixe, principalmente atum ou bacalhau.
Estes hambúrgueres não ficam totalmente firmes - são um pouco mais moles do que o habitual, a nível de textura, mas não se desfazem e são fáceis de virar. É mesmo importante que a batata esteja bem escorrida para a consistÊncia da receita ser a certa!

Ingredientes para 10 hambúrgueres:
3 latas de atum em azeite
1 batata doce grande laranja
1 batata doce média amarela
sal e pimenta q.b.
1 ovo
1 cebola picada
75g de mozarella ralada
azeite q.b.
pão ralado + ovo batido para panar
Preparação:
Descasque as batatas doce, corte-as em cubos e coza a vapor ou normalmente em água, até que fique macia. Retire, escorra bem e reserve.
Pique uma cebola finamente e escorra o azeite do atum, Coloque tudo numa taça. Entretanto esmague a batata doce com a ajuda de um garfo ou de esmagador próprio e junte à mistura de cebola e atum. Acrescente o ovo, tempere de sal e pimenta a gosto e misture bem. Acrescente depois o queijo ralado, e se sentir a mistura muito molhada, acrescente 1 colher de sopa de pão ralado.
Divida depois a massa e forme 10 hambúrgueres do mesmo tamanho. Passe -os por ovo batido e pão ralado e leve a cozinhar de ambos os lados, numa frigideira anti aderente quente com um pouco de azeite, até que fiquem dourados.
Sirva depois com uma salada verde ou legumes cozidos ou salteadas.
