Ninguém precisa de desculpas para fazer bolos. A mim, basta-me a aproximação a fim de semana, o mês de Dezembro e os dias mais pequenos e mais frios, para a desculpa ser sempre perfeita.
Ter laranjas grandes e sumarentas em casa é a desculpa perfeita para bolo de laranja!
Ingredientes:
1 laranja
300 g açúcar
5 ovos
120 g iogurte natural
100 g óleo (uso óleo de girassol ou de grainha de uva)
150 g farinha
1 c. chá de fermento p/ bolos
Preparação:
Numa taça misture o açúcar e a raspa da laranja. Junte depois os ovos inteiros e o óleo e com a ajuda da batedeira bata cerca de 5 minutos até obter uma mistura fofa o homogénea.
Junte depois a farinha e o fermento e envolva cuidadosamente.
Coloque depois a mistura numa forma com buraco previamente untada e polvilhada com farinha e leve ao forno previamente aquecido a 180ºC durante cerca de 50 minutos ou até o bolo estar cozinhado.
Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer 5 minutos antes de desenformar sobre uma grelha, deixando arrefecer completamente!
