Começa a altura do ano em que os pêssegos dos meus sogros começam a chegar cá a casa. Muitos tocados e bicados pelos pássaros e, apesar dos que distribuímos entre nós e os amigos, continuam a ser muitos e a haver necessidade de os gastar com alguma rapidez.
Desta vez houve pêssegos assados para usar em sobremesas deliciosas ou ao pequeno almoço com iogurte e um pouco de granola caseira.
Ingredientes:
2kg de pêssegos
1/3 de chávena de açúcar
1/2 chávena de água
1 vagem de baunilha
Preparação:
Lave bem os pêssegos, corte-os ao meio, retire o caroço e coloque-os num tabuleiro que possa ir ao forno e à mesa, com a parte cortada virada para cima. Polvilhe com o açúcar e regue com a água. Junte depois a vagem de baunilha aberta ao meio e com as sementes raspadas, e leve ao forno previamente aquecido a 180ºC com grilo durante cerca de 30 minutos.
Retire e deixe arrefecer.
Sirva com gelado, ou suspiros e natas, para sobremesa, ou com iogurte natural e granola, num brunch ou pequeno almoço.
