Ingredientes para 4 pessoas:
4 postas grandes de corvina
2 cenouras
1 cebola grande
2 dentes de alho
1 pimento vermelho
sal e pimenta q.b.
coentros frescos picados
125ml de vinho branco
azeite q.b.
Preparação:
No fundo de uma assadeira ou recipiente que vá ao forno coloque a cebola previamente descascada e cortada em meias luas. Junte depois os dentes de alho laminados e por cima disponha as postas de corvina.
Entretanto corte o pimento em tirinhas finas e a cenoura descascada também em tirinhas e disponha sobre o peixe. Tempere de sal, pimenta, os coentros e regue com o vinho branco e com um fio de azeite. Tape com papel de alumínio ou tampa própria.
Leve depois ao forno previamente aquecido a 180ºC cerca de 30 minutos.
Sirva com batatas assadas e uma salada ou legumes salteados.
