Desta vez com o aroma da cerveja e do alho que formam um olhinho saboroso e que certamente vamos gostar de colocar sobre o arroz ou a massa.

Ingredientes para 2 pessoas:
500g de peitos de frango
azeite q.b.
2 dentes de alho
200ml de cerveja
1 folha de louro
sal e pimenta q.b.
Preparação:
Corte o peito de frango em bifinhos e coloque-o numa taça. Tempere com um pouco de sal e pimenta a gosto.
Leve uma frigideira anti-aderente ao lume com um fio de azeite e deixe aquecer. Cozinhe depois os bifinhos de frango de ambos os lados , acrescente o louro, os dentes de alho laminados e a cerveja e deixe cozinhar uns minutos até que os bifinhos estejam cozinhados e macios.
Sirva acompanhados com massa ou arroz e uma salada a gosto.
