Andava para fazer estas barritas há já algum tempo, desde que a minha Gapinho as levou para partilhar na nossa box de Crossfit, no dia do seu aniversário. Apesar do chocolate se derreter com facilidade com este calor, é sempre uma boa opção para colocar nas lancheiras dos miúdos e ter outras alternativas para estes dias.

Ingredientes:

10 bolachas de arroz
1 chávena de manteiga de amendoim
60ml de xarope de acer + 20ml
Canela em pó q.b.
100g de chocolate 70% cacau
1 colher de sopa de óleo de coco
Preparação:
Coloque as bolachas de arroz no robot de cozinha e triture. Junte depois o xarope de acer com a manteiga de amendoim e envolva bem com as bolachas.
Coloque depois esta mistura num tabuleiro pequeno forrado com papel vegetal, espalhe e pressione bem.
Misture depois os 20ml de xarope de acer com 1 colher de chá de canela e verta sobre as bolachas.
Derreta depois, no microondas, o chocolate com o oléo de coco e quando estiver derretido cubra bem todo a mistura. Leve ao frigorífico para solidificar.
Quando estiver rijo, parta em barritas e guarde no frigorífico.
