As nossas semanas são sempre pensadas com receitas simples, que encaixem na nossa logística semanal e que muitas vezes sejam facilmente transformadas ou reaquecidas.
Esta semana fiz um tabuleiro grande de coxas de frango - que comprei em promoção - e que deram para o jantar de todos e as sobras ainda fizeram dois almoços para 1.
Foi tudo preparado de maneira simples com uma marinada de cerveja e depois fiz as coxas na airfryer, mas podem usar também o forno se preferirem.
Ingredientes:
1kg de coxas de frango
150ml de cerveja
1/2 limão
1 colher de chá de oregãos
1 colher de chá de alho em pó
Sal e pimenta q.b.
1 colher de sopa de colorau
Preparação:
Tempere as coxas de frango com sal, pimenta, o alho em pó, oregãos, o colorau e o sumo de limão. Misture bem massajando sobre as coxas. Regue depois com a cerveja e deixe marinar 1 a 2 dias.
Retire as coxas da marinada e coloque-as na airfryer e cozinhe a 185ºC durante 25 minutos. (Pode colocar num tabuleiro no forno e assar a 180ºC cerca de 45 minutos!)
Sirva com acompanhamentos a gosto.
