Setembro conquistou definitivamente o meu coração em 2013, quando o Zé Maria nasceu. Depois com o nascimento do António em 2015. E quando o Zé entrou na escola - e mais tarde o António e a Benedita, Setembro passou a ser um mês importante e principalmente um mês de recomeços: da escola e das rotinas pós férias.
Agora Setembro é sempre um mês importante. O fim das férias e o início da escola, o material escolar, a adaptação a novas rotinas Os meus rapazes fazem anos e há sempre uma festa grande com toda a família e a até o recomeço de workshops! Portanto Setembro, vamos a isso!
Entretanto uma “receita" de um dos muitos piqueniques que fizemos durante as nossas férias por Estocolmo.
Ingredientes para 2 pessoas:
2 baguetes pequenas e estaladas
1 bola de mozarela fresca
150g de salmão fumado
Rúcula q.b.
Preparação:
Abra as baguetes ao meio. Corte a mozarela em fatias finas.
Sobre cada baguete coloque um pouco de rúcula. Acrescente fatias de salmão fumado e rodelas de mozarela. Corte cada baguete ao meio e sirva.
Ideal para piqueniques ou almoços rápidos.
