Broinhas de Batata Doce da Rosa



A minha querida Rosa, “Be Nice, Make a Cake”, partilhou no instagram esta deliciosa receita de broinhas de batata doce. Preparei-as dia 1 de Novembro, dia do Bolinho, e foram um sucesso.

O que as torna diferentes e especiais é não levarem ovo. Uma mais valia neste economia e com o preço actual dos ovos, mais principalmente porque há muitas pessoas alérgicas ao ovo que tantas vezes ficam sem comer certas iguarias tradicionais.

Dá-se também o caso de, se substituirem o leite por qualquer bebida vegetal, tornam esta receita vegan, o que pode ser outra mais valia.

Por isso, e porque são mesmo boas, aqui fica a receita. Porque as receitas não são “nossas”. As receitas partilham-se e levam-se a todos para que possa desfrutar delas.

Ingredientes para cerca de 18 broinhas:

500g de Batata Doce Laranja Cozida - e bem escorrida

250g de açúcar amarelo

290g de farinha

1 colher de sopa de fermento

60g de leite

1 colher de sobremesa de vinagre de cidra

2 colheres de sobremesa de Canela 

1/2 colher de sobremesa de erva doce

Frutos secos variados a gosto

Raspa de limão ou laranja


Preparação:


Numa taça misture todos os ingredientes e amasse  até obter uma mistura homegenea.

Forme bolinhos com a ajuda de uma colher, porque a massa é mole e passe por farinha, colocando farinha numa taça e agitando a massa na taça. 

Leve ao forno previamente aquecido a 180ºC durante cerca de 25 minutos.
