As saladas não têm de ser todas iguais. E no verão, quando abusamos do churrasco e fazemos coisas mais simples como peixe ou carne grelhada, as saladas acabam a ganhar um destaque ainda maior à nossa mesa e tento variar ainda mais as combinações e fazer saladas diferentes.
Esta, para acompanhar uma grelhada mista, ficou mesmo deliciosa e merece ser repetida muitas vezes durante o verão!
Ingredientes:
150g de alface Iceberg ou outra
1 tomate
1/2 cebola
1 abacate
Sal q.b.
Sumo de limão q.b.
Azeite q.b.
2 fatias de pão caseiro
1 dente de alho
Oregãos q.b.
Preparação:
Comece por preparar os croutons. Corte o pão em cubinhos pequenos e coloque numa taça. Tempere de sal, o dente de alho picado, oregãos e azeite, envolvendo bem.
Coloque na airfryer ou no forno até que fiquem dourados (usei a airfryer 180ºC durante 10 minutos). Retire e reserve.
Numa travessa coloque a alface. Corte o tomate em cubos e acrescente na salada. Corte também a cebola e o abacate em cubinhos e junte na salada. Por fim junte os croutons já frios.
Tempere de flor de sal, sumo de limão e azeite. Mexa bem e sirva como acompanhamento de carnes grelhadas.
