Há uns tempos preparei a base de gelado com a ideia de fazer gelado de manga e de frutos vermelhos.
A ideia é que a partir de uma base comum podemos depois criar todos os sabores que quisermos. A imaginação é o limite.
Explico aqui como fiz!
Ingredientes :
1 receita de base de gelado para máquina (receita aqui no blogue)
500g de manga
500g de frutos vermelhos
Preparação:
Depois de preparada e base e devidamente arrefecida 12 horas no frigorífico, divida a mistura em dois recipientes.
Num dos recipientes junte o puré de manga, envolvendo bem. No outro os frutos vermelhos triturados, também misturando bem.
Coloque depois cada uma das misturas - individualmente - na maquina dos gelados e proceda de acordo com as instruções do fabricante.
Coloque depois num recipiente hermético no congelador.
Retire sempre uns 10 minutos antes de servir para formar as bolas.
