O fim de semana foi o mais calmo de há alguns meses a esta parte. Na sexta 3 festas de final de ano e a despedida do meu Zé Maria da escola onde esteve nestes últimos 4 anos, Para o ano novas etapas e todo um novo mundo a acontecer.
Depois tivemos um fim de semana na rua. Um lanche ajantarado e banhos de piscina em casa de amigos no sábado e um domingo por casa a aproveitar e desfrutar do nosso jardim.
Houve grelhados, pizza caseira e até sunset com gin. Leituras na relva e saltos de trampolim. Foi um fim de semana a saber a férias ainda que as férias venham longe.
Ingredientes para 6 pessoas:
2 frangos abertos para churrasco (frango borboleta)
Sal q.b.
Para o molho verde:
4 dentes de alho
1 molhinho pequeno de coentros
8 folhas de manjericão
50 a 75ml de azeite
Sal e pimenta q.b.
Sumo de limão
Preparação:
Tempere os frangos com sal e leve-os a assar no churrasco, virando-os várias vezes, até que fiquem bem assados. (Em alternativa pode assar no forno a 200ºC até que fique bem tostados).
Prepare depois o molho verde. No copo da varinha mágica misture os coentros e o manjericão, os dentes de alho, o azeite, o sal e a pimenta e o sumo de limão. Triture tudo até obter uma pasta verde. Reserve.
Quando o frango estiver grelhado, corte-o em pedaços e espalhe depois o molho verde sobre o frango. Sirva de imediato.
