Começo com uns frutos secos caramelizados e com especiarias que eu tenho a certeza que vão agradar a todos os amantes de frutos secos!
São perfeitos para petiscar e para colocar na mesa entre umas bebidas e convívio familiar e de amigos.
Espero que gostem desta primeira ideia e que fiquem cheios de vontade de fazer os vossos presentes de comer este ano!
Ingredientes para 1 frasco grande ou 2 pequenos:
1 colher de sopa de óleo de coco
250g de mistura de frutos secos (cajus, amêndoas, nozes e sementes de abóbora)
1 colher de chá de canela
1 colher de chá de pimenta da jamaica (allspice)
1 colher de chá de gengibre em pó
1 pitada de noz moscada
25g de açúcar mascavado ou amarelo
Preparação:
Numa frigideira quente colocar o óleo de coco (ou outra gordura) e deixe derreter. Junte depois a mistura de frutos secos, e acrescente as especiarias e o açúcar.
Vá mexendo tudo de maneira que os frutos secos caramelizem e vão tostando. Use o lume médio e não pare de mexer, durante uns 10 minutos.
Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer completamente antes de guardar num recipiente e de decorar a gosto.
